What products does HYX Gear sell?
HYX Gear makes padel and tennis accessories: rebound trainers for solo practice, ball pressurizer tubes, racquet holders, ball retrievers, ball holder clips, racquet protection tape, and wearable and adhesive score trackers. You can see the full range on the shop page.
Where does HYX Gear deliver?
We are an online-only business based in the UAE and we ship across the UAE. There is no physical shop or showroom to visit.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is 20 AED anywhere in the UAE, and it is free on orders over AED 100.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1-3 days. Once your order ships you will receive confirmation by email.
What payment methods are available?
Checkout is handled securely by our Shopify store, so the payment methods shown at checkout are the ones available on your order. No card details are ever stored on this website.
What is the return policy?
Items can be returned within 14 days. Email hyxgear@gmail.com with your order details and we will walk you through it.
Are there discounts for buying more than one item?
Yes. Our bundle codes stack: 10% off two items, 15% off three, and 20% off four or more, each with a minimum basket value. The codes and their thresholds are listed in the Build Your Kit section on the shop page.
